CaSys as a Benefactor for a Concert for Piano in which Children Pianists Created a Magical Evening Performing a Nocturne for Chopin

At the end of last month (October 30), a piano concert titled Nocturne for Chopin was held in the Macedonian Philharmonic, which will be remembered for several reasons: the performers were talented children from musical primary and secondary schools across the country, some of them performing for the first time in front of such an audience; the compositions were beautiful nocturnes composed by female
composers in honor of Frédéric François Chopin and inspired by the rich
creativity from the era of Romanticism and the legacy of this great virtuoso;
the event marked the 175th anniversary of his death, and the audience
experienced an unforgettable evening filled with a volcano of emotions from the
sounds of the piano.

This magical story came true thanks to the piano teacher and
pedagogue Biljana Petrova Takovska, who, for the 17 compositions that were
performed, was inspired by the collection “22 Nocturnes for Chopin by
Women Composers”, which was created as a result of a call to all the
talented but still unpublished female composers in the world, whose piano works
celebrate and are inspired by the masterful Chopin, one of the greatest
composers of all time, also called “the poet of the piano”. The central
creative inspiration and ideal throughout Chopin’s life was the woman, and
today, 175 years later, women composers create in his honor, celebrating the
timelessness of his works.

The talented children at the piano – our elementary and high
school students, under the mentorship of their piano teachers/pedagogues
premiered 17 pieces at an enviable level of professionalism and were followed
by long applause and admiration from the audience.

CaSys financially fully supported the Concert for Piano
“Nocturne for Chopin”, recognizing that the promotion and support of
young talents in our country encourages artistic expression, brings fresh
perspectives and innovation to young people, enriches the cultural landscape
and nurtures a society that appreciates its creativity.
