Born in Skopje in 1971, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, where she later completed her master studies at the Institute of Economics – Entrepreneurship of Small and Medium Enterprises.
Her work experience began in 1998 in air traffic with the obtained Amadeus Certificate (IATA) – Global World Air Ticket System until January 2002.
In April 2002 she joined the CaSys team in the Legal Affairs Department and then in the Marketing Department. In 2007 she was appointed Internal Auditor of business processes from a logical and physical aspect and protection of personal data. Her main tasks include development/monitoring of the latest safety standards in operation, security awareness training of employees on how to communicate and training related to the rules and procedures of the standards PCI DSS / PIN PCI / PCI Card perso / ISO 27000-1 / ISO 20000 and Personal data protection. She is a panelist and participant in twinning projects and presentations related to data security and research in the field of financial data abuse through digital channels. She also collaborates with financial institutions in the field of development of new technologies and way of presenting to end users.
Since October 2019, Lidija is a member of Management Board and performs the function of Executive Director in the field of compliance of the company with international standards, risk monitoring and quality of services through legal relations with clients and acts of the company.
