The Macedonian card processor CaSys AD Skopje signed an agreement for cooperation with the Albanian’s fintech company Rubicon for payment services, including chip card personalization, issuing virtual cards, e-commerce services and ATM network management.

Rubicon is a fintech company established in 2020, with Mastercard license and a license as an official issuer of e-money provided and approved by the Central Bank of Albania.
